-Metabolic: electrolytes (high/low K), toxins, acidosis, hypothermia
-No preload: hypovolemia, tension pneumothorax, distributed shock
-Pump failure: tamponade, MI, hypoxia-induced arrhythmia
-Too much afterload: PE
